After FAIDA 3, the THRIVE Scientific Research Institute (TRISU) at THRAIF, secretariat of FAIDA Conferences, will organize the fourth FAIDA Conference: FAIDA 4 (2027). While the specific subthemes are yet to be decided, FAIDA 4 will likely focus on the sustainability of the food system by blending culture and science. This makes it the third in the series of FAIDA Conferences that explore how integrating science (not modern science) and culture can help transform society in a meaningful and impactful way.
FAIDA conferences and their run-up events form a research project series that aims to foster inclusive-sustainable development. In each, multistakeholder dialogues occur among communities, scholars, policymakers, and development actors to co-create inclusive-sustainable development science, technologies, and action. Like FAIDA 1 to 3, the FAIDA 4 Conference will feature debates, innovative science presentations, science and innovation exhibitions, and musical performances. Interested? You can participate in debates, present papers, organize exhibitions, or showcase performing arts! More information about the FAIDA 4 Conference, including the venue, specific date, and subthemes, will be provided in 2026 as FAIDA 3 is finalized.
